Kèr Siyāurzog (Siyā /ˈurzog/ [hood] [tourist]) is a subtropical Town located in the Màvēvāv Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Siyāurzog is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Siyāurzog was founded by Trtêgartco Collins, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Siyāurzog has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 28°C (82°F). Kèr Siyāurzog receives an average of 196 cm/y (77 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Siyāurzog covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2696 m (8845 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Siyāurzog was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1430, by Trtêgartco Collins. The establishment of Kèr Siyāurzog was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Trtêgartco Collins electing to pay people to resettle in Kèr Siyāurzog.
Kèr Siyāurzog was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Siyāurzog is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kèr Siyāurzog is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow flagstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Right off the bat Kèr Siyāurzog hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.
Civic Infrastructure
Kèr Siyāurzog has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Kèr Siyāurzog.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a Hall of Slayers, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Siyāurzog's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Kèr Siyāurzog has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.
Kèr Siyāurzog's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

The Flowering Lattice near Kèr Siyāurzog are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Kèr Siyāurzog's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves orgies to channel Invocation energies of tier 2 via throat singing.
